- Conference Rooms available for rent outside of membership as well for one time use
- Coworking, with co-working desks, offices, kitchen, printer, and on-site conference rooms when not booked
- Private Offices full access to both locations with your own private office on the waterfront or Downtown
- Business Address have mail sent to our address and use it as your resident agent address
